Applied sales concept in HSBC Engage, Discover, Recommend, Act and Service (EDRAS) as HSBC sales process

- Knowledge and experience in relational database design, writing optimized queries, and database administration

- Experience in Life Asia

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the insurance company

- Preferably having knowledge of business process Life Insurance

- Experience working on the middle to high-complexity Life400 projects

- Experience working with SMART COBOL Programming online, batch, report

Min. 2 years of Experience as Insurance Agency/Relationship Manager in Banking or other financial Industry

Excellent Verbal and written Communication In English

Min. Diploma in any major

Assists the Business Performance Managers with results and insight into key performance indicators in order to facilitate the Business Reviews.

Drive the development and implementation of performance analytics framework through the interaction with market facing business and General Insurance Functions.

Support the preparation of operational reviews.

Plays an instrumental role in the analytical pre work, providing business insights ensuring a common understanding of performance for the region.

Good knowledge related to Wealth Management / certification Financial Planning is a plus.

Be able to communicate and discuss with Branch Manager or hire positions to boost targets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Handling and maintain high-end customer in preferred / priority banking.

Achieve adjusted ANP from the agreed targets.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
