Memimpin dan melakukan koordinasi dengan tim produksi

Melakukan koordinasi dengan Tim Production Planning

Menyiapkan tenaga kerja dan material serta peralatan yang diperlukan

Mengontrol setiap tahapan proses produksi untuk menjamin kualitas sesuai standar

Melakukan monitoring atas pemanfaatan material dan peralatan kerja

Pendidikan PIKA , D3 /S1 Teknik Sipil , Arsitek

Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik mulai level operator hingga manager

Minimal D3 (diutamakan jurusan Industri furniture, Industri kayu)

Memiliki pengalaman dalam proses produksi furniture minimal 5 tahun

Memahami proses dan kualitas produksi furniture

Menguasai jenis-jenis material furniture (Plywood, MDF, MFC, aksesoris, bahan pelapis sofa, dll)

Mengawasi dan mengontrol setiap proses produksi yang sedang berjalan (ukuran,bentuk,mockup,warna dan hasil finishing)

Reporting and providing regular production analysis to the management team will also be part of your responsibilities.

Proficiency in operating computers, including Microsoft Office applications, and familiarity with Excel data management.

Knowledge in CNC Machine is highly considered.

At least 5 years of experience in the same position within the furniture industry.

Demonstrated experience and expertise in determining the quality of finished furniture products.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to educate operators on both technical and non-technical production matters.
