People Development Section Head Jobs

Experience in Training, Human Resources Leadership Development, Talent Development / Talent Management, Organizational Development or related field

Strong project planning, project management, and project integration skills.

Manage partnerships with external consultants and vendors, managing associated investments and budgets

Experience using survey and assessment tools to identify business needs and measure effectiveness of solutions

Demonstrate excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English

Partnering closely with leadershipto identify and align on learning needs, strategies and tactics.

Have good project management skill on system implementation and re-engineering the business process.

Have experience in system implementation and procedures development will be advantage due to nature of this role.

Have experience in creating documentation for business processes.

Experienced in using SAP MM.

Good knowledge in Business process modeling software like Bizagi, Mega Tools, Visio or similar software.

Have good leadership skill, interpersonal skill and open minded.

Create and implement learning strategies and programs according TNA result

Review and evaluate individual development needs

Develop and implement various learning methods

Evaluate the success of development plans

Make collaboration with third party training providers.
