Experience working directly with kids as a camp counselor, tutor, teacher aide, or in a similar role

Experience designing workshops, programs, trainings, or curricula in a professional setting

Researching, brainstorming, and developing simulations and projects that mimic real-world situations and challenges.

Developing workshop plans, ensuring each script includes clear instructions that make it easy for any facilitator to deliver

Strategic Alignment, Program Strategy, Management and Quality

● Manage and maintain all FH policies and procedures in the Program Department.

Networking and (Private and Public) Resource Development Strategy

● Development and provide ideas, concepts, and Indonesia/Asia context.

Leadership and Development of Program Staff

● High integrity and a strong sense of professional ethics.

Over 15 years of program or project management experience, preferably in the global conservation organizations, NGO, UN, or related for-profit arena.

PEOPLE AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages the program’s budget and finances.

Manage public or private funds; ensure compliance with donor requirements and KI policies.

Ensure program compliance with KI policies, funding agreements and local requirements.

Strong technical, writing skills and attention to detail.
