5+ years of experience in ad operations, with a focus on digital advertising

Experience in managing and motivating teams

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Lead the development and implementation of ad operations strategies and processes

Work with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute advertising campaigns

Monitor and optimize ad performance, ensuring that campaigns meet or exceed goals

Provide clients with key insights to improve their media spend ROI utilizing Excellent Account Management skills.

Be a subject matter expert on Digital Advertising and Media offering.

4+ years of Media sales experience, preferably with an online Publisher or Ad Network.

Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, with strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.

Excellent listening, negotiation presentation and communication skills.
