Overview A Lab IT Operations Business Analyst is responsible for providing technical and operational support to the laboratory IT operations team. This includes analyzing and troubleshooting IT systems, developing and implementing IT solutions, and providing technical support to laboratory personnel. The Lab IT Operations Business Analyst is also responsible for ensuring that the laboratory IT operations team is meeting the needs of the laboratory and its customers. Detailed Job Description The Lab IT Operations Business Analyst is responsible for providing technical and operational support to the laboratory IT operations team. This includes analyzing and troubleshooting IT systems, developing and implementing IT solutions, and providing technical support to laboratory personnel.
