Minimum S-1 technical education in Management, Law or Psychology.

Develop KPI programs to evaluate staff performance (promotion, reward management).

Maintain Integration Management System, Halal, CPKB, RSPO, ISCC, SNI, ISO 7025, HACCP.

Practical knowledge and experience in HR, Personnel, and Legal.

Planning workforce requirements in accordance with organizational developments, as well as coordinating and control the implementation of recruitment and selection activities

Minimum 5 (five) years work experience in managing HR units in industry consumer goods, or manufacturing.

Have experience at least 3 years of service become Automation Manager

Have knowledge about lean / TPS

Operation Excellent Department Head will lead all automation improvement for the production process

Lead project improvement especially automation

Familiar with automation improvement project
