Occupational Health And Safety Superintendent Jobs

Preferably having experience in the field of occupational health at mining companies

Preferably have Hiperkes and TOT certification

Bachelor Degree in Public Health/ bachelor of Nursing

Preferably understanding Health Risk Assessment (HRA)

Having ability to create, implement, and evaluate four occupational health pillar programs

Having ability to report accurately and systematically

Have an Occupational Health & Safety Management System (SMK3) Lead Auditor - BNSP or DISNAKER Certification

Managing all Compliance Reporting to stakeholders (Internal Purpose/management, Corporate and Government), validate and ensure its accuracy and timely reporting.

Developing and lead audit program to evaluate implementation of HS Management system according to FCX/PTFI Policy and statutory regulation.

Performing Statistical Data Analysis to all HS data related and provide information to management and related stakeholders.

Determining, implementing and evaluating Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) to all contractor based on FCX/PTFI policy and statutory regulation.

Have a Mining Safety Management System (SMKP) Auditor - MINERBA Registered is desirable

Maintaining document and record related to Occupational Health Management and providing regular reporting to all related stakeholders.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)

5+ years experience in Health & Safety related experience in mining, mineral/metal processing especially in Occupational Health field

Have a valid Frontline Operational Supervisor (POP) - BNSP certification.

Have a valid Occupational Health & Safety Expert (AK3U) - BNSP or DISNAKER certification

At least 3 Years experience asSuperintendent Productionin Palm Oil Refinery / Edible Oil Industry (or at least7 yearsas Supervisor Position).

Coordinate to ensure that materials are available when needed

Ensuring that equipment is functioning properly and that work environments are safe and comfortable for workers

Scheduling shifts and overseeing daily operations to ensure that production goals are met.

Overseeing employee training on equipment operation and safety procedures.

Managing the hiring of new employees to replace those who leave the company

Familiar with HSE Management System in aligned to recognized standard, such as SMK3 PP 50/2012, or ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2014;

Having POP Geothermal and SMK3 Auditor Certification would be a plus;

Strong communication and interpersonal skill;

Maintain HSE Compliance, Regulation and Standard are up-to-date;

Monitoring the HSE Performance through regular reporting and auditing;

Develop HSE Training Matrix, training material and monitor its implementation;
