Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from Top University. Master's Graduate would be more preferable.

Experience working in Big 4 audit and multinational company is a MUST

Working knowledge of accounting software and spreadsheets on a practical level

Excellent communication skill in English both spoken and written

Processing accounts and receiving payments in accordance with financial guidelines

Experience on Design & architecture of Windows/LDAP Active Directory management

Experience in managing network component TCP/IP, iSCSI , DNS and DHCP, Domain Controllerreplication, and organizational unit management.

Knowledge of Venafi Trust Authority PKI management solution

Build new skills to improve IT services and support.

Experience working with domain controllers, domain joins, PO, LDAP /AD authentication,handling user/ group accounts and permissions.

Deep understanding of Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS), having good knowledge on

Credit management: Assessing the creditworthiness of new customers, setting credit limits, and monitoring credit terms and collections.

Vendor management: Maintaining vendor relationships, addressing payment inquiries or discrepancies, and negotiating favorable payment terms.

Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights and recommendations to management based on the analysis.

The ability to identify issues, analyze complex financial data, and develop solutions to problems related to AR and AP management.

Collaboration: Coordinating with other departments such as finance, procurement, and sales to resolve issues, address inquiries, and ensure smooth financial operations.

A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required.

Support the Finance Manager in planning, managing and executing the annual financial audit processes

Oversee the management of the aged debt and provision for bad debt in the statutory accounts

Computer literate, advanced experience in Microsoft Office and complex finance systems

Manage cash flow related to AR as well as company’s working capital

Outstanding numeracy and literacy skills

Ensure that credit control processes and internal controls follow best practices

Performing general bookkeeping duties, like invoicing clients, recording cash receipts, reconciling accounts and updating accounting software logs

Handling any special billing situations

Maintaining accurate accounting ledgers that are in line with best practices

Following up with past-due accounts for collections

Receiving and handling invoicing and billing-related mail

Generating financial reports and statements that detail the status of accounts receivable

Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Engaging in ongoing educational opportunities to update job knowledge.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

At least 3 years experience in a similar role.

Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with bookkeeping software.

Experienced with SAP is a plus
