Lead the design, development, and management of a robust retail underwriting system tailored to auto finance.

Competencies: Strong understanding of multi-finance business and products, exceptional analytical capabilities, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Continuously improve risk management practices to adapt to changing market conditions.

Utilize strong data analysis skills to assess the performance of the auto finance portfolio.

Spearhead the development and implementation of risk strategies and underwriting processes specific to the auto finance sector.

Manage the risk infrastructure, including tools, models, and processes, to monitor and control risk exposure effectively.

A deep understanding in end to end product development and project management

10 or more years of experience in used car financing business, secured financing and lending, not only mortgage or personal loan

Experience as individual contributor and building a team from scratch

Great negotiation skills and fluency in English is a must
