Daily administration activities for compensation & benefit department

Filing of all compensation & benefit documentation

Educational background: D3 or S1 from any major

Excellent communication skills is a must

Preparing, printing, scanning, and sending documents to SehatQ partners

Manage cross-functional collaboration with other internal stakeholders to support offline marketing executions, mainly Creative, Procurement, Campaign, Commercial, and Kitchen Operations.

Experience as a Marketing Lead or similar role, preferably in the quick-commerce or e-commerce industry.

In-depth knowledge of offline marketing channels, including ATL and BTL activations, community events, and partnerships.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build partnerships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Help lead day-to-day offline marketing planning and executions across channels of ATL, BTL, Community, and Partnerships.

Coordinate with Media Vendor/Partner for campaign content visuals, documentation, and weekly/ monthly reports.

Event planning and management skills

Managing internal stakeholders (creative, operations, supply chain, procurement, finance)

Min 1-3 years of experience

Prior experience as Event Executive, Brand Activations and Consumer Engagement

Good communication and negotiation skills

Responsible for all brand activations (event, booth, and other offline activity)
