Monitor the change of regulation in the regulator website as well as produce its summary.

Document the letter and other corresponding forms from and to the regulator.

Support the Compliance administration aspect including to assist in the implementation of regulatory library for repository of regulations applicable for bank.

Preferably coming from banking industry

What You Will Do :

·Melakukan manajemen kerentanan (vulnerability management)

·Melakukan review, analisis, memberikan saran dan rekomendasi terhadap kondisi tata kelola keamanan informasi

·Melakukan tindak lanjut dan diskusi dengan tim terkait dalam proses pembaruan area governance

·Melakukan pencatatan/registrasi terkait insiden keamanan

·Melakukan pemantauan dan tindak lanjut/follow up ke tim terkait mengenai status penanganan insiden keamanan

·Menyiapkan laporan insiden secara high-level untuk manajemen dan pemangku kepentingan terkait

- Have good communication and interpersonal skills

- Develop and create SOP, Form, and work instruction for all departments

- Involved in socialization of SOP implementation

- Final year/fresh graduate from all major

- Understand about flow charts

- Proven to use microsoft office

Have background from Final year student or Fresh Graduate in Management / Administration / Law

Proficiency in written & Speaking English as well as Strong communication skills

Responsible for document Checking & Finalizing

Administrative: Requisition, Payment & Document Routing

Pro-active and adaptive to quick changes also eager to learn quickly in a face-paced environment

Familiar with regulations (related to the business of tiket.com)

The chosen one will help MyRobin deal with Mitra data management, validation, and administrative tasks.

An internship or experience in the same field would be a plus point!

Comfortable working with a diverse range of candidates, from entry-level workers to experienced workers

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Have strong analytical skills, good service orientation, and am a team player

Willing to work remotely for 3 (three) months of the internship program and am ready to join as soon as possible!
