Providing reports for Operations Directorate performance, forecast and pipeline data as required by the Director / Management

Manage supply and demand for every branch

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Have knowledge Tableau / Power BI would be advantage

Assisting in preparation of annual budgeting process

Monitoring, analyze and review budget expenses of Operations Directorate on a regular basis

Gain a deep understanding of channeling partner requirements

Experience in Banking Back Office or other Fintech, as well as having competencies in query would be huge plus

Identify and address the operational process gaps and generate transaction reports

Analyze and provide input to the currently ongoing business process

Provide portfolio monitoring and reconciliation

Should have at least 2 years of conducting transaction

Maintain various operation data and dashboard for analysis purpose

Provide support for financial data analysis, reporting data for operation division in an easy to understand format

Perform data coordination to get insight from the approach taken on juggling opportunities

Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes

Produce and track key performance indicators

Develop and support reporting processes
