Have experience 1 - 2 years in health insurance or health service provider (hospital/clinic)

Bachelor’s Degree of Medicine, preferably with a medical degree

Great project management skills to be able to designing, planning, executing, monitoring and completing projects;

Had minimum of 1 year of experience working in start-ups/tech companies, banking/financial, government bodies;

Great interpersonal skills to be able to communicate well with various stakeholders;

Develop documentation to monitor projects from planning to implementation;

Perform data analysis related to business process;

Oversee and coordinate tasks and help to define the road map to successfully complete the project;

Good knowledge of Accounting/Finance/Treasury/Banking area.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related discipline

1-2 years of experience in Accounting/Treasury/Banking area is highly preferred.

English verbal communication and writing skills.

Power BI and/or other reporting tools skill is a plus.

Possess proficiency to operate SAP, Ms. Office (excel, word, power point), and other utility applications.

Bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan analisa, supervise dan memberikan arahan proyek-proyek yang berkaitan dengan Retail Operation

Bertanggung jawab terhadap analisa proyek-proyek yang di inisiasi oleh Divisi Retail Operations, khususnya:

Bersama dengan user, dan pihak terkait melakukan UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

Memastikan jika ada system baru yang dirancang/ dibuat harus berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan Internal dan Eksternal (Regulator) yang berlaku.

Bekerja sama dengan user pengguna untuk melakukan Health Check / LV (Live Verification).

Have working experience as Data Analyst, Business Support, MIS Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Specialist

Have experience in Startup, Insurance, or Broker Insurance a great plus

Daily data reconcilliation and data analysis

Prepare any report request related to Health Insurance business unit

Analyze current performance of Health Insurance Sales Team

Create data dashboard for Health Insurance business unit

Effective delegating, planning and time management skills to meet strict deadlines and team objectives.

Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by Manager, escalate unusual problems to supervisor/manager.

University degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/ Business Administration, preferably with master degree.

Knowledge of relevant Central Bank regulations and Accounting

Experience in the logistic industry is a plus.

Experience in SQL Programming is a great plus

Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write business correspondence and coordination within team

Able to manage time, prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, be self-driven, willing to learn, and love challenges

Manage and deliver reporting project on daily basis

Minimum High school degree or equivalent

Microsoft Excel & SQL knowledge is a plus

Work closely with Treasury team for support requests related to Banking transactions

Work on reconciling Account Statements for partners that flag related issues

Support other operations tasks within the team related to Collection activities

Contribute with effective ideas to automate manual processes and work with key stakeholders on implementing identified solutions

Work with other internal departments like Payment Operations, Accounts Payable for reconciliation and other allied activities

Leading projects to enhance reporting and data management systems or processes.

Recording and documenting transactions related to accounting policies, judgements, and estimates;

Preparing consolidated reports in accordance with Indonesian GAAP and financial statement assertions.

Ensuring that the financial data follows Indonesian GAAP and financial statements assertions.

Providing support and assistance during a financial audit or other collaboration with external parties requiring financial data.

The candidate must be methodical, orderly, and organised in documenting works, data, and documents.
