Have experiences to produce good documentations such as for: Requirement Documents, Functional Design, SIT, UAT, Scenario Scripts.

Have more than 2.5 years of experience as Business Analyst (Preferably master's in automotive business Process)

Have technical Skills (Min can perform data query)

Can work as team or individual.

Act as the customer / IT liaison during analysis, requirements definition, anddesign activities

Able to create user stories for requirements, write technical requirements, andcontinuously groom the existing backlog

Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.

Team up with scrum team i.e. software engineers, architects, DevOps engineers to develop convincing solution alternatives

Technically and functionally sounds in making decisions based on business impactand with that prioritize the backlog

Provide adviceand direction on the product

At least 3 years of experience with a relevant role for a large project and with good mining domain knowledge

Writing high-quality test cases with extensive experience in testing large scale integrated applications

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Domain knowledge of Mining/Resources/Shipping Industry

Financial Modelling skills (MS Excel based)

Technical writing skills Good Stakeholder engagement skills and Data analysis skills

Carry out user requirements, ensure Fit and Gap documentation in the finalization of the requirements.

Coordinate with the internal team, BA manager & PM regarding project fit and gaps.

Conduct application training, evaluate training results and further needs to improve the team's internal knowledge.

At least 5-8 years of experience as Business Analyst/System Analyst (from IT Industry preferably)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and attention to details of the problems

Making FSD documents, Product test scenarios, CR, adjusting documents when there is a revision / addendum.

Provide and manage training activity plans, materials, and user manuals

Minimum 1 year of experience in ERP implementation

Has experience in Odoo ERP is the most preferred

Special interest in accounting & finance, business process optimization, and business software
