Min 7 Years experiences as Plant Manager in Manufacturing

Operating, monitoring and maintaining machines and production equipment; and skilled trades and lower level apprentice craft work

Minimum 10 years experience in Manufacturing field

Experience as Production and Maintenance

Planning, managing and reviewing production operations

Developing and implementing TPM and other continuous improvement.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Additional certifications or specialized training in factory design or industrial engineering are a plus.

Proven experience in factory design, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting, preferably 7 years.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and layout optimization principles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams.

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a factory, waste management, or similar industrial setting

Supervise day-to-day operations of the waste management facility

Communicate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds, including those with limited education or language skills

Ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce, including employees with limited education or language skills

Manage and coordinate the work of employees, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
