Having at least 1 years experience in Merchandiser Supervisor in Fashion Accessories Product

Good Communication Skill, Agility, and resilient toward the challenge, strong, analytical and problem solving

Acquiring new potential brands and maintaining good connections with the individual or principal sellers

Overseeing the buying process, forecasting profit, inventory demands, and trends, and negotiating with suppliers

Prepares variance analysis reports of stocks and sales against budgeted figures, and identifies brand/category growth opportunities to minimize down-trending business

Menguasai Ms. Office (Excel dan Word)

Bachelor degree from Business Management or related majors

Creating program and marketing strategy with marketing team, sales, finance, accounting, warehouse, logistic, CRM and other

Open for Fresh Graduate with internship experience in related field

Experienced minimum 1 years in the same experience

Managing Product with Demand Planning (tactical promotion and selling forecast)

Managing Product Gross Profit to maximize return on investment

Fresh graduate or final year students majoring Marketing, Management, Finance, Communications or related majors

Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English & Bahasa Indonesia)

Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives

Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock

Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales

Placement in Alam Sutera, South Tangerang (Hybrid)

Organized, great teamwork skills, communicative

Prior experience in retail industry will be a plus

Minimum Diploma degree from any major

Willing to work from office at Central Department Store, Grand Indonesia Mall, Jakarta Pusat

Strong analytical skills & structured thinking

Updating, checking, upload on description and picture of the products

Responsible for daily uploads of SKUs into the system

Ensure accurate and timely updates of product prices

Conduct precise calculations of sales margins

Assist the merchandising team on handling the project and ad-hoc based work

Menerima, menyimpan, dan mencatat produk dari supplier UMKM

Memastikan ketersediaan & men-display produk di toko

Menjaga hubungan baik dengan toko & supplier

Pengalaman kerja di bidang merchandiser / operations / warehouse

Mampu menggunakan excel dan word

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in processing big data, data analysis, and data visualization tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Identify and implement product capabilities required to support business opportunities.

Bachelor's Degree in Business or quantitative subject (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Science, Economics, or Finance).

At least 2 years of experience in BI/analytics/data science/insights/strategy.

Experience in building and scaling reporting suite for the company.

Experience in conducting A/B testing experimentation.

Having knowledge and experience in purchase management.

At least 4 years of working experience in purchasing/merchandising related to retail or groceries

Sourcing for suppliers and vendors across product categories

Negotiates with suppliers and vendors to secure optimal pricing and terms

Maintain good relationships with all principals and distributor

Assortment growth : work closely with selection team to build up assortment portfolio based on market segmentation
