Merchandising Supervisor Jobs

What you will do:

• Assortment growth : work closely with selection team to build up assortment portfolio based on market segmentation
• Negotiates with suppliers and vendors to secure optimal pricing and terms
• Track purchase orders and work with vendors on issues and product quality
• Maintain good relationships with all principals and distributor
• Provide technical assistance on procurement processes; maintain detailed records and reports.
• Sourcing for suppliers and vendors across product categories
• Develop preliminary bid specifications and documents; meet with vendors to discuss and evaluate products and recommend purchases.
• Maintain inventory stock and records, creates PO to suppliers based on supply needs
• Review, create, and evaluate routine purchase requisitions for supplies and services with; ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures; monitor purchasing contracts for renewal.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or any major
• At least 4 years of working experience in purchasing/merchandising related to retail or groceries
• Having knowledge and experience in purchase management.
