Pendidikan minimal SMK-D3, diutamakan lulusan Tekstil/Desain Fashion/Setara.

Memiliki kemampuan merchandising, product development, negosiasi, costing dan komunikasi yang baik

Memahami produk kain & accessories baju

Mampu berbahasa inggris baik lisan ataupun tulisan merupakan nilai tambah

Mampu mengoprasikan program desain seperti Corel / Adobe Illustrator

Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Excel dan Word)

Pengalaman SMD minimal 1 tahun (diutamakan produk F&B) dengan Surat Pengalaman Kerja

Memiliki SIM C dan menjadi nilai tambah jika memiliki SIM A

Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Excel

Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik

Have at least 3-4 years experience as Merchandiser in Apparel/Fashion Industry or Packaging Industry.

Passionate in data-processing & excellent analytical skills to process the data.

Sourcing vendors/suppliers for sample and production needs.

Follow up and handle sample, production, material status, and buyer’s PO.

Ensure sample production and finish good run according timeline.

Coordination with internal and external team.

Have at least 3-4 years experience as Merchandiser in Apparel/Fashion Industry or Packaging Industry

Proven experience as a fashion merchandiser or visual merchandiser.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong knowledge of the latest fashion trends and developments.

Knowledge and experience in Merchandising and Supply Chain Management.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or similar discipline.

Knowledge and experience in the retail or FMCG industry would be preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising, or other related fields.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
