Key Responsibilities

• Conducting market research to identify consumer trends and sales opportunities.
• Identify areas for improvements, and new sourcing opportunities and establish procedures to deliver tangible cost savings and speed
• Communicating and collaborating with different departments, including sales, logistics, and marketing.
• Developing merchandising strategies with the sales team to increase sales and improve product visibility.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or similar discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising, or other related fields.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Knowledge and experience in Merchandising and Supply Chain Management.
• Knowledge and experience in the retail or FMCG industry would be preferred.
