Fashion Merchandiser Jobs

Responsibilities
• Create and responsible for the MD plan and collection plan timeline from sample development until production delivery.
• In charge of the whole apparel and accessories sourcing to ensure the achievement of good quality products with on-time delivery.
• Working with designers, vendors and suppliers to develop a new product.
• Follow up and negotiate with vendors and or suppliers.
• Responsibilities for all administration in
Merchandise including allocate merchandise, arranging, creating, managing, Quotation & PO.
• Keep a good relationship with excellent communication skills with vendors, suppliers, and team.
• Creating and following SOP and checklist or worksheet as production guidelines along with team.
• Create SKU and costing along with designers team.
• Creating and following SOP and checklist or worksheet as production guidelines.
• Visit overseas vendors and supplier as needed to monitor production to ensure delivery timeline and quality (QC).
• Work and communicate with team (designers, director, marketing, etc).
• Trend forecasting.
• Creating MD reports.
Qualifications
• Bachelor (S1) degree at any field, fashion business or textile major is a plus point.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in a same field (garment manufacture or fashion brand preferable).
• Deep knowledge about fashion trend and trend forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of fabric, pattern, garment construction, and accessories details.
• Discipline, fast learner, hard working and able to perform under pressure. Can work individually and or in a team.
• Excellent organise and management skills, multitasker, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and
English, both spoken and written.
• Strong Ms Office skills and able to use all relevant tools and systems.
• Having connection or vendor list is a plus point.
• Willing to be placed on Rancaekek - Bandung
