Essential KSAs Required (experience, Skill, Education, Certification, Etc.)

Previous or existing working relations with the Directorate of Government Support, and Infrastructure Financing Management (DGSIFM) of the Ministry of Finance.

Consider factors such as environmental impact assessment, social safeguards, governance standards, and disclosure requirements.

Incorporate ESG considerations, compliance requirements, risk allocation mechanisms, and dispute resolution procedures in the contract document.

3+ years’ experience in professional experience in legal consulting, preferably with a focus on environmental law, social law, and governance frameworks.

Proven track record and experience in drafting legal documents and providing legal advice on regulatory matters.

Engineering Background: Candidates should possess a technical background in engineering, particularly in the renewable energy sector.

Manage multiple tasks at once, each with a different priority, while meeting deadlines

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a web developer

Demonstrable experience working with CSS, React, and Angular

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

Take charge of all the existing and future Web Development projects

Formulate and submit progress reports, proposals and documents, actively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and formulate contingency plans;

At least 8 years of working experience, 3 years of experience in energy project development.

Analyze economic, legal and demographic factors affecting project development;

Actively support the work of internal team members and contractors, including EPC and operation and maintenance;

Participate in the IPP tender issued by PLN or its subsidiary.

Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or Market development;

Customize and configure content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.

Collaborate with the team to understand website requirements, target audience, and project objectives.

Experienced with semantic HTML / XHTML and CSS

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Previous website layouting experience, either through internship, personal projects or school

Work closely with designers to translate design concepts into functional website layouts.

Moderating and consulting colleagues in the student experience team (reviewers, tutors)

Python analyst with at least 2 years of experience

Cross-cultural work experience in Data science, mentoring and public speaking

Bachelor’s degree and have relevant educational background: engineering, applied sciences, business administration, project management, international development, economics.

Support Director Energy Procurement & Finance in producing SINAR project reporting administration.
