Defend and grow existing revenue streams through excellent account management to build long term relationships.

Build strong internal relationships by working with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Customer Service to drive business objectives.

Regular maintenance of accurate customer records and opportunity management in CRM.

Attend trainings and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.

Effective use of questioning and listening techniques to understand the customer's application requirements to maximize cross selling of full product ranges.

strong experience and clear track record in catalogue selling for industrial components

Strong change management, organisational, analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills.

Ensure the Centre meets company targets for cost management, operational efficiency, work quality, and HS&E.

Demonstrated experience in a similar position within a global organisation will be highly regarded.
