Bekerja full time secara on-site di kantor berlokasi di Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara.

Bekerja 5 hari dalam seminggu (Senin - Jumat) dengan jam kerja 10:00 - 18:00 WIB.

- Mengelola berbagai marketplace online.

- Membuat dan mengoptimalkan daftar produk untuk menarik dan melibatkan calon pelanggan.

- Mengembangkan strategi penetapan harga untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan profitabilitas.

Excellent time management and documentation skills

Manage multiple marketplace stores, from operations (shipping, orders, review, etc.) to sales (marketing, campaigns, ads, etc.).

Manage inventory in own warehouse as well as in marketplaces warehouses e.g., FBA

Participate in discussions about marketplace strategies, identifying opportunities to expand product offerings and reach a wider audience.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets

Customer service experience is preferred

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 dari Jurusan Pemasaran / Manajemen

Memiliki Pengalaman dalam mengelola marketplace serta penjualan online minimal 2 Tahun

Memiliki pemahaman dalam strategi promo, bundling atau metode lainnya dalam peningkatan omset melalui marketplace

Memiliki Pemahaman yang baik mengenai pengelolaan marketplace ( Ads, Metode Promo, Campaign, dll )

Memiliki Kemampuan Analisa serta perencanaan yang baik

Mampu berpikir kreatif dan inovatif

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Improve the quality and quantity of property listings on the marketplace (MP).

Maintain and promote property listings through manual promotion efforts.

A fast learner, final year student, or recent graduate.

What will you do :

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Create and manage effective paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

Proven experience as a Sales Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.

Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Berkoordinasi dengan PIC marketplace terkait promosi dan penawaran event / campaign

Melakukan Follow Up dan Closing pesanan Customer melalui Platform Online (Wa, Marketplace, Sosmed).

Menjalin komunikasi & relasi dengan customer existing.

Handling Feedback dan Review dari Customer.

Melakukan After Sales terhadap Customer.

Bersedia menjadi Host Live Stream

Proficiency in MS Excel, enabling efficient data management and analysis.

Monitor and manage sales requests within our system to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Exceptional attention to detail skills, with the ability to spot errors and discrepancies in data.

Keep a close eye on product stock availability on the marketplace, ensuring customers have access to up-to-date information.
