Jr. Channel Marketplace Jobs

Responsible for handling all matters related to the operational platform, refers to the characteristic of each platform and products, end-to-end operational from ensuring stock availability, revenue, until delivery and complaint.

Responsibilities:

• Set Grouping product for promotion or event
• Make Daily Transaction Report to the head department
• Solve day-to-day problem as soon as possible for seamless transaction for the customer in our website
• Help admin team to escalate their problem to the related department
• Mapping stock to ensure successful order by customer
• Make sure admin staff handle the work correctly and supervise their report

Requirements:

• Having experience in e-commerce / marketplace
• Minimal1 years experience in the same field.
• Minimal Bachelor Degree from any major
• Oriented in details
• Willing to be hired under Contract-Based first
• Able to use Ms. Office
