Marketing Manager For A Construction Company Jobs

Assist in monthly management reporting and investor reporting

Assist in preparing monthly budget vs actuals for all departments

Assist in KPI reporting & monthly growth session decks

Assist the accounting team in closing and audit requests

Any other ad-hoc tasks/projects from the team

Existing students are welcome, preferably pursuing an Accounting degree.

Experience in a curation and/or artist/management facing capacity preferred

Identify market trends and market dynamics and report to the management

Build strong relationships with artists, management and the local industry

Carry out meetings with prospective clients to pitch our services and follow up through to offer negotiations

Present deals to your local internal team and coordinate with Head of Artist Services to validate deal offers

Coordinate the artist handover to the marketing & project managers team

Create and manage a content marketing strategy to engage customers and promote the benefits of bamboo construction.

Assist Business Development with customer relationship management and managing our opportunity pipeline.

The ideal candidate should have marketing experience in Indonesia and must be an Indonesian Citizen.

Manage company website(s) and optimize their performance. Increase traffic and brand awareness.

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field and/or at least 3 years of marketing experience.

Experience with CRM, and social media.
