Work closely with Brand Marketing Manager in managing integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online tactics.

Great copywriting skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Experience in industry such as Brand / Retail Fashion and proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint will be a plus.

Focusing on planning, executing, monitoring & reporting for brand campaigns and community activities.

Build a holistic PR strategy which includes scoping new brand partnership and/or external potential partners.

Foster genuine and lasting relationships with the media and KOL.

Maintain updates of the Public Relations and crisis management manuals.

Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.

Provide administrative/secretarial support for public relations office.

Handle daily correspondence/financial documents such as purchase order, expenses claims, etc.

Coordinate and arrange appointment and schedule.

Handle all agencies/vendors invoices and act as contact point for billing matters.

Having knowledge about marketing communication including: digital marketing, campaigns, promotional events, branding, design, communication and sponsorship is a plus

Good analytical and interpersonal communication skills

Prepare & create the required content design from each department request

Optimizing social media accoto make them look attractive, such as profile photos, bio, highlights, etc

Directing the design team so that the visuals produced are in accordance with the planned content.

Coordinate the design of new web templates with internal (IT, QM, Legal) and external teams

Ensure target fulfillment and market position on a quarterly basis, including preparing reports for the Management Team

Minimum Bachelor Degree from any fields, preferably in Finance with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (4.0 scale) from reputable universities

Team player with strong analytical and communication skills

Monitor sell-side analyst research reports and capital market views on Bank Mandiri as well as its peer banks

Maintain communication with analysts and investors through meetings, emails, personal contacts, and delivery of written and online materials

Expand the investor/shareholder base of Bank Mandiri
