Understand about requirements analysis, process improvement, project management, manufacturing methods, and procedures.

Good technical understanding, documentation skills, and safety management.

Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with management.

Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; and assigning personnel to phases and elements.

Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.

Coordinate root cause analysis report with Quality management and RND department.

5+ years’ experience in field process automation and instrumentation, preferably in Tank gauging system and components

Demonstrates exceptional skill in dealing with tough and difficult situations

Demonstrates knowledge and professionalism in email/telephone support to customers and affiliates in English, Japanese language is an advantage

Salary based upon candidate skills; negotiable

Create system and network design including communication with DCS

Coordinate and review of all inputs and changes in the Desk Top Change Management System (DTCMS)

Coordinate with the project quality manager to ensure that the work is being performed per the QC plans

Construction & project coordination experience in onshore construction and/or offshore installation

Assist in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP)

Monitor work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each activity

Ensure all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval. Monitors their approvals with client

- Pendidikan Minimal Diploma/S1 Teknik Elektro

- Berpengalaman 1-2 Tahun dibidang yang sama

- Memahami kelistrikan terutama sistem ac/dc

- Bisa desain dan dapat mengoperasikan PVSyst, Helioscope

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :

Designing systems and components that meet the needs and requirements using engineering tools.

At least 5 years of working experience in design and manufacturing process (machining and fabrication).

Have a good interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.

Have a superb creativity, logic, vision, and problem-solving skills.

Have a good communication skill in English both oral and written.

Conducting research and analysis to create the concept of new products.
