BS degree in Statistics, Operation Research, Management Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Math, etc. or equivalent work experience

Basic people and team management skills including measuring and delivering performance feedback

Stakeholder management; ability to manage internal and external stakeholders (Ops Planning, DC Ops, BD, S&M, IBP, Product);

Work with Ops and People teams to identify the DW requirement for different time horizons and forecast the future manpower spend

Propose and manage data-driven system improvements

At least 1-3 years’ experience in Operations Planning

Collect and analyze historic order and item injection by time period – quarterly, monthly, weekly, daily and shift-level

Convert the periodic outbound order injection forecasts and predicted inbound flows into manpower plans
