Experienced working in Office of Public Accountant at least 3 years

Experienced working in a successful Accountancy function

Advanced Ms. Office skills (Excel, Word and Power point)

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, majoring in Finance / Accounting.

Good skill in reporting costing & EBITDA Report.

Excellent leadership, communication skill, and analytical thinking.

15+ years of working experience in Accounting.

Having experience in Tbk/listed companies is a must.

Strong reporting exposure to OJK, IDX for Tbk/listed companies

Familiar with financial statement reporting (quarterly, semester, annual)

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Exp min. 2 years as reporting spv/ass manager with background auditor or exp in property developer

exp min. 2 years as reporting spv/ass manager with background auditor or exp in property developer

Reporting for OJK/ Internal/ Consol/ Bursa

Engage with auditor / bursa

Wiling to be placed in Alam Sutera

Bachelors' degree from a reputable top university, preferably major in Finance, Accounting, or Management.

Experience or certification related to handling the budget and financial performance (company or personal) is a plus.

Take role as finance business partner for business unit, by:

3-5 years experience working in financial planning, business strategy, or financial reporting.

Work experience in top accounting or multinational firms.

High attention to detail, reliable, and good analytical skills.

Experience of sharing information in a clear concise manner and strong communication skills, particularly competent with English written and spoken skills.

Should exhibit strong investigative and analytical skills.

Good communicator with strong inter personal skills.

Ability to interpret and disseminate complex data and perform analysis as required by the business.

Ability to understand and implement Group policies.

Ability to work as an effective team member within the departments and company as a whole;
