Manager Internal Finance Management Jobs

Minimum 5 years of experience as a leader with a background in manpower management (preferably from a multifinance or financing company)

Handles the end-to-end hiring process and manages administrative tasks related to manpower management

Experience working in an agency-based business network (preferably in Dana Tunai or Refinancing)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsible for recruiting and building our sales force team, whether through internal hiring or agency-based recruitment

Monitoring the productivity of our sales force through our internal program

At least 1 year of relevant direct sales experience;

Sales of online courses to families, interested in tech education of their children;

A good communicator, with good diction and a friendly manner.

An English and Indonesian speaker
