Responsible for preparing any Offering Circular or Prospectus related to any fundraising corporate actions

Have good communication, reporting, and presentation skill.

Responsible for Expenditure Process Administration initiated by Reporting Dept.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Management

At least 3 years of working experience as Reporting Officer in a listed company/Senior Auditor in 4 Big Accounting firms

Good knowledge on IFRS/PSAK and Tax

Responsible in Expenditure Process Administration initiated by Reporting Dept.

Experience of sharing information in a clear concise manner and strong communication skills, particularly competent with English written and spoken skills.

Should exhibit strong investigative and analytical skills.

Good communicator with strong inter personal skills.

Ability to interpret and disseminate complex data and perform analysis as required by the business.

Ability to understand and implement Group policies.

Ability to work as an effective team member within the departments and company as a whole;
