Minimum of 5 years experience in quality management function.

Bachelor Degree in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering or relevant Engineering

Knowledgeable in quality auditing and ISO 9001:2015

Experience in successful implementation of quality system and continuous improvement initiatives will be an added advantage.

Proficient and skillful to using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint (Intermediate level)

Proficient in spoken and written English

Manage and assure the implementation of HSE Management System (SMK3, ISO14001, ISO45001) and Bayer Global requirements

Familiar with HSE Management System (SMK3/ ISO14001/ ISO45001 or other HSE Standards)

S1 (Engineering/Chemical/Environment/Public Health) with min. 4 years experience or Diploma with min. 6 years’ experience in industrial HSE field

Good leadership and analytical thinking as well as reporting and presentation skills, smart-working and able to work in a team

Support site projects related to HSE department especially (permits, JSAs, man-hours report, etc)

Coordinate with all department representatives to execute projects related with corrective actions or improvements

Set up, configure, and maintain the Completions Management System (CMS) based on corporate standards and client / contract requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ implementation and/or application technical support experience with CMS applications such as

Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Completions, Commissioning, and System Turnover

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT discipline, or equivalent work experience

Provide application technical support and guidance for project CMS Administrators or Super Users at the jobsite, fabrication yard, or offshore

Ensure all application and IT issues related to the completions system are properly documented, and tracked in McDermott’s Service Now system

Memelihara penerapan sistem manajeman lingkungan

Melakukan koordinasi pelaksanaan identifikasi aspek dan dampak lingkungan dengan bagian terkait

Menerapkan dan memelihara prosedur identifikasi dan evaluasi aspek dan dampak lingkungan

Memantau aktivitas pemenuhan dan evaluasi kesesuaian undang-undang dan peraturan yang berlaku tentang lingkungan dan K3

Melakukan kontrol dan monitoring pembaharuan peraturan lingkungan dan K3 yang sedang berlaku

Melakukan kinerja kontrol dan monitoring lingkungan

Contribute to effective risk management of HSE related issues by providing specialist knowledge and advice to the local operations.

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in HSE domain.

Deliver and deploy HSE training, audit and Group-wide performance improvement programs to the Divisions and Local Business Units.

Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in Health & Safety or similar field.

Proficiency in both Spoken and Written English is mandatory.
