Membuat sistem maintenance outlet (>100 outlet lokasi nasional)

Memimpin tim maintenance dalam melakukan pemeliharaan rutin, perbaikan, dan inspeksi peralatan, termasuk kitchen, elektrikal, plumbing, sipil, dan furniture di store.

Mengelola anggaran pemeliharaan, memantau pengeluaran, dan mengidentifikasi peluang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional.

Mengoordinasikan dengan departemen lain, seperti produksi dan operasional, untuk menjaga kelancaran proses produksi dan mengatasi masalah teknis yang timbul.

Melakukan pelaporan rutin tentang kinerja pemeliharaan, pemeliharaan yang dilakukan, dan masalah teknis yang dihadapi.

Knowledge of property management and best practices with proven experience in project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Effective analytical techniques, strong listening and presentation skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power Point and Word.

Inspecting property, analyze building conditions then determine priorities for the enhancement, repair and modification of building facilities and equipment.

Develop plans and scheduling the enhancement for ongoing and preventive maintenance of facilities.

Develop maintenance strategy and identify Critical equipment of the LNG Terminal and develop maintenance program thru Computerized Maintenance Management System

Core member of the crisis management team for the site with rotating responsibility for crisis management situations.

Desirable: LNG or Oil & Gas maintenance management or supervisory role

Develop a highly multi-skilled and motivated team through mentoring, coaching, training and effective communication.

Extensive knowledge in LNG plant, LNG terminal or Oil & Gas facility maintenance preferably more than 10 years.

Experience in developing LNG plant, LNG terminal or Oil & Gas facility maintenance strategy and implementing them onto CMMS

Interviews and hiring management and hourly employees with the appropriate skills to meet the business needs of the operation.

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing.

Manages the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and electrical systems.

Manages and controls heat, light and power and recommends current best methods for energy conservation and economical facility operations.

Develops specifications and requirements for service contracts and administers such contracts to support building needs.

Manages parts and equipment inventory.

8-10 years experience as Maintenance Manager in FMCG Industry

Strong critical thinking and organizational skills

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronic Engineering

Certified ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and FSSC 22000

Ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in processes
