Maintenance Manager Jobs

Job Purpose :

Responsible for managing and coordinating asset integrity, maintenance, inspection and testing activities to assure the continued safe operation of the LNG Terminal, contributing to the success of the organisation through achieving company objectives – safe, reliable, competitive.

:

• Develop maintenance strategy and identify Critical equipment of the LNG Terminal and develop maintenance program thru Computerized Maintenance Management System
• Core member of the crisis management team for the site with rotating responsibility for crisis management situations.
• Accountable for executing maintenance through robust planning, work preparation, scheduling and performance measurement whilst ensuring compliance with all legislative, industry and site regulations.
• Work closely with the Facility & Engineering Manager and Operations Manager to fulfil all required maintenance activities on site to ensure that maintenance activities are executed in close collaboration with operations including optimized planning and resource allocation whilst minimizing impact on plant availability.
• Prepare and execute an effective and optimized predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance program utilizing planning and scheduling systems and techniques to minimize downtime and reactive work.
• Develop a highly multi-skilled and motivated team through mentoring, coaching, training and effective communication.
• Manage multi discipline maintenance team, planning, scheduling and executing all maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient facilities running of the LNG terminal.
• Ensure through effective management of the Stores team, that adequate processes are in place to ensure adequate spares and inventory are available to carry out all maintenance activities.
• Ensure all mandatory training is completed within the maintenance team.

Job Qualification :

• Experience in providing training or coaching to maintenance technician
• Ability to effectively collaborate in a cross functional environment, motivate and inspire a team.
• Preferred experience as a maintenance supervisor on LNG plant, LNG terminal, or Oil & Gas facility
• Extensive knowledge in LNG plant, LNG terminal or Oil & Gas facility maintenance preferably more than 10 years.
• Good computer skills, be able to operate Microsoft Office, and any related system such as CMMS
• Desirable: LNG or Oil & Gas maintenance management or supervisory role
• Strong leadership to inspire & leading operations team and ability to develop professional relationships at all levels.
• Experience in developing LNG plant, LNG terminal or Oil & Gas facility maintenance strategy and implementing them onto CMMS
• Demonstrate good safety leadership and cost efficiency in doing maintenance works
• Bachelor degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Good communication skill both verbal and in writing in English
