Job Description

Placement: Head Office Trans Shopping Mall - Cibubur


:

  • Reach revenue and target casual leasing occupancy
  • Actively seek exhibitors to occupy the exhibition area based on the goals set by the mall.
  • Monitor the activity of loading & unloading Exhibition material and ensure the exhibition area is in accordance with the agreement.
  • Prepare all correspondence and documents for the leased area
  • Communicate & coordinate with the internal department
  • Upgrade prospective tenant database
  • Handle leasing inquiries and make necessary recommendations for retail spaces at the malls to prospects

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Min 3 years of working experience in the related field (Shopping Centre/Retail)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Management / Communication or any major
  • Target oriented
  • Establish a strong network with retailers and tenants Requirements
