Advanced diploma, degree, or relevant qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience)

Demonstrated experience of Managed Services

Demonstrated experience required in Engineering function within a medium to large ICT organization

Demonstrated working knowledge of ITIL processes

Demonstrated experience working with vendors and/or 3rd parties

Ensure that assigned infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested, and operational

Prior experience in a technical (lubricants and applications) environment, coupled with comparable technical background skills will be an added advantage

Work Closely With Lubricant Sales Manager To Ensure Technical Team Aligns With Overall Sales Strategy

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

Provide Technical Support To Customers Including Troubleshooting, Product Recommendation And Used Oil Analysis

Establish Technical Partnership With Key Accounts

Prepare Lube Chart, Plant/equipment Audits, Lubrication Surveys, Product Rationalization Audits And Conduct Field Trials, When Necessary To Support Overall Business Strategy

- Participate in requirements gathering and report it to the product teams

Your main activities will be to:

- Take charge of a close follow-up of the realization of service contracts,

- Train and inform customers about products and services, while providing business support

- Ensure the quality and relevance of the service from a business point of view
