1.At least 5 years of working experience, preferably with experience in Indonesia domestic logistics and ecommerce industry

2.Managing new projects and new logistics channels business development

3.Tracking new logistics-related processes & policies, update industrial information

3.Extensive network with Indonesia logistics companies

4.Better fluent in Indonesian, and fluent in English or Chinese

Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics or Procurement

Strong knowledge and expertise in Logistics or Procurement

Previous experience as a trainer or mentor is highly preferred.

Excellent communication skills and ability to explain concepts clearly.

The ability to work remotely.

Strategize and select the best carriers, negotiation/contract management for logistics services.

Responsible for end-to-end logistics management, planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries.

Develop, implement, and manage a consistent, coordinated approach for warehouse and transportation management.

Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.

Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.

A minimum of 4+ years’ experience in a similar role.
