Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Min. 1 year experience as administrator

Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests

Track orders to ensure timely deliveries

Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)

Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery

Experienced in operations background, preferably from a startup company

Posses relevant knowledge with Yogyakarta market

Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent proficiency in written and spoken English

Experience and familiar with Spreadsheet, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint

Design, develop and implement driver acquisition processes

Focus on building up the supply of Motorcycle, MPV, Van, and Pickup Bak in Yogyakarta and surrounding

Latar belakang pendidikan minimal S1

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun di bidang Transportasi dan Logistic lebih disukai

Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Office dengan baik

Have a working knowledge of the company warehousing & logistic Management System and Performance Standards.

Provide technical advice to management to address significant opportunities & risks and emerging compliance issues.

Act as warehousing & port logistic Management System Coordinator.

Develop procedures and systems to meet required Site management standards.

Provide regular management reports of objectives, accomplishments, progress, status of major activities relating to Logistics Import Export activities.

Strong analytical capabilities and negotiating skills, sound business sense, advanced documentation skills with high attention to detail;
