Manage all operational activities in Hub from offline presence acquisition (sticker & Lalabag), driver acquisition & onboarding, and driver education

In charge of offline presence inventory management (stock availability, sticker & Lalabag procurement, weekly stock opname)

Graduate from a reputable university majoring in operations management

Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in the operations department

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience 8 years in Export and Import Process include the license

Have a good Negotiation skill Excellent Communication skills;

Work closely with other team member (Sales and Finance department) to achieve divisional target and goal setting.

Minimum University degree from reputable university

Familiar with handling Notul (Proses tax court refund works and attending the tax court;

Good connection with Government, shipping line, transportation and logistics/warehousing company;

Have experience minimum 1-3 years as Logistic Operational and Logistic Operation Project.

Strong analytical skill, fluent in English, and managing data complexity.

Collaborate with inventory management teams to optimize stock levels, minimize carrying costs, and prevent stockouts.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyze complex data and draw meaningful insights.

Gather and analyze logistics data, including transportation costs, inventory levels, and delivery times, to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance of logistics operations.

Identify potential risks in the logistics process and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions and ensure smooth operations.

Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

At least 5 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing area

Had experience in E-commerce/Logistics world is a plus

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing big group of people, with managerial levels

Think beyond one’s areas to manage cross-functional implications

At least 2 years of experience in operations, preferably from a startup company.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Experience and familiarity with Spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

Design, develop and implement driver acquisition processes

Focus on building up the supply of Motorcycle, MPV, Van, and Pickup Bak in Cirebon and surrounding

Hands-on offline drivers acquisition & onboarding
