Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in videography, video editing, or a related field.

Explain the details of the products offered and answer customer questions correctly.

Have good taste and knowledge about Beauty, Skin Care & Cosmetology, as well as good sensitivity in terms of aesthetics.

Confidently active communication & teamwork skills. Enjoy working in a fast-paced creative environment.

Skills required: Communication and Service Excellence.

Responsible for day-to-day Host Livestreaming on Social Media & E-Commerce Marketplace to selling products.

Build interaction and engage for promotion with live audiences.

Coordinate with product management to determine research objectives

The document, report, and present research findings to management and end-users

Create a plan of action, set project goals, and manage to completion

Design surveys, questionnaires, polls, etc. specific to research requirements

Experience within would be a strong advantage.

You are experienced in managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research.

Having good communication, coordination and teamwork skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian

Having experience in using Metabase will be a point plus

Perform detailed data analysis & reconciliation across multiple data sources and maintain the quality of our data repository

Collecting feedback from customers for business units and giving solutions for process improvement

Collaborate with the relevant teams to obtain the latest PIP numbers and update the documents on a weekly basis
