Education: Bachelor degree and/or higher on the Law major.

Experience: Minimum 3 (three) years of demonstrated experience in environmental/campaign/development/activist organizations (strong experience working-addressing labor rights and human rights issues).

Participate in the regular project team meetings, project activities, mobilization works, field investigations, non-violent direct actions, project planning and evaluation.

Initiate, develop and strengthen partnership and joint-intervention with civil societies stakeholders, networks, coalitions, experts and allies to achieve project objectives.

Organize, direct and supervise interns and hired contractors/freelancers.

This is fixed term for initial one year based in Jakarta, Indonesia

Bachelor degree in Management/Psychology with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00

Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, must be able to improve performance through management feedback

Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and other relevant organizations

Good communication skill in English and Indonesian (must be able to deliver a good presentation)

Good skills in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
