Strong time management, capable of efficiently handling multiple tasks and priorities.

Collect, manage, and deliver issues/complaint from student to stakeholders. Ensure the issue/complaint solved.

Have experience involved in the implementation of online training from start to finish

Have experience in evaluating trainees' assignments

Responsible for preparing and fulfilling the needs of online training implementation

Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for training implementation needs

Responsible for assessing the tasks of the trainees given

Minimum Education and Experience :

Respond to customer inquiries so that professional and specialist services provided meet or exceed customer requirements.

Undergraduate degree (S1) with at least 3 years directly related professional work experience.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are :

Proficient in using data manipulation tools, learning management tools, able to track and output data-driven report based on data analysis

1-2 years' of experience working full cycle in learning and development, training coordination, or a similar role is preferred.

Oversee the day-to-day operation of learning programs to ensure they are running smoothly and meeting quality standards

Proactively identify and analyze problems, and apply creative solutions for continuous improvement

Evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs through data collection, analysis, and reporting

Facilitate, oversee and evaluate student success performance

Excellent time-management and organizational skills

Managed the day-to-day operations of live classes

Operate and monitor the backend system by scheduling classes to ensure all students have a smooth experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Having background in education is preferable

Working closely with learning team and SME

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field (Bachelor of Education is a plus).

Help prepare material for the teaching video recording process.

Create a training class description.
