They work with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to create effective learning experiences. They must have a strong understanding of instructional design principles and be able to apply them to create engaging and effective learning materials. Detailed Job Description A Learning Design Specialist is responsible for creating and developing learning materials, such as e-learning courses, online tutorials, and other educational materials. They work with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to create effective learning experiences. They must have a strong understanding of instructional design principles and be able to apply them to create engaging and effective learning materials. They must also be able to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the learning materials meet the needs of the learners. Job Skills Required
