They must also be able to communicate effectively with parents and other staff members. Detailed Job Description Lead Early Childhood Teachers are responsible for creating a safe and stimulating learning environment for young children. They must develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of the students and are in line with the school's curriculum. They must also be able to manage classrooms, provide guidance and support to students, and communicate effectively with parents and other staff members. Lead Early Childhood Teachers must also be able to assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and other staff members. Job Skills Required Lead Early Childhood Teachers must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
