Prior exposure and experience in KOL management, social media, and/or digital marketing preferred

Fast learner with excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills

Assisting various strategic marketing projects by ensuring the smooth and timely execution of KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) campaigns and projects

Generate new ideas and drive marketing campaigns/projects

Coordinating with internal teams on delivering marketing strategy and execution

Regular monitoring of campaigns and reviewing against key performance marketing metrics

Proven min 1 year of working experience in KOL/ Influencer Management or similar role

Strong network with influencers with good account management skills

Choose manage, schedule meeting and remind on esch KOL to deliver the campaign on time

Manage the contract and dealing for each KOL

Show leadership and manage campaign teams throughout the execution

Ability to work under pressure and deadlines

Setting: WFO Senin - Jumat 09:00 - 18:00 dan Sabtu 09:00 - 13:00

• Pengalaman hands-on Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)

• Memahami elemen marketing dan metode market research

• Bersedia WFO di lingkungan warehouse di Kamal Muara, Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara dari Senin hingga Sabtu

• Membuat perencanaan dan menjalankan campaign paid marketing

1. 3+ years of work experience.

2. Experience in crypto promotion with outstanding results.

Responsible for KOL promotion of Bittime in Indonesia, responsible for user growth:

1. Collaborate with KOLs to discuss video content and achieve effective promotion.

2. Coordinate with local KOL agencies to develop promotion strategies.

3. Proficiency in Chinese language is a plus.

Define, create, and manage marketing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion using multiple channels.

Find, create, and manage good content promotion on social media.

Proven minimum 4 years of working experience in Brand Marketing, KOL Specialist, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.

Experience handling beauty brand promotion on social media is highly preferred.

Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.

Growing brand in Indonesia and beyond|Dynamic role and work culture

Research and identify KOL across multiple digital platform to quantify trends and inspiration for a brand campaign

Create influencer strategies aligned with client targets

Build a relationship with influencers to execute digital brand activations and branded content campaigns

Conduct and track KOL related-project

Good personality and willing to learn

Pendidikan minimal S1 dalam bidang Bisnis, Marketing, Public Relations dan sejenisnya.

Ahli dalam periklanan digital: FB IG Ads, Google Ads, dll.

Min. 1 tahun pengalaman dalam pemasaran digital, lebih disukai di bidang retail / fashion

Lancar berbahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia

Memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam berkomunikasi

Memiliki koneksi yang kuat dengan KOL & media digital

Strong network with influencers with good account management skills

Good working knowledge of digital marketing/advertising and preferably experience in KOL marketing and/or social media marketing

Responsible for growing the social/KOL capabilities for the business

Attract, onboard, and manage day-to-day relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

Reach out, manage and negotiate with influencers, KOL’s, Celebrities and agencies

Source and review for the right ambassador/influencer match for each campaign

• Good Experience in Working knowledge of influential marketing.

• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of working on Social, Search, Native advertising platforms is a plus.

• Identify and build relationships with prominent brands and large agencies like Group M, DAN, OMD etc.

• Develop and execute revenue generation plans and own revenue goals for content & influencer marketing domain.

• Identify new emerging business opportunities in the Influencer Marketing space.

- Strong knowledge and experience in influencer marketing and managing influencers.

- Foster strong client relationships by understanding their requirements and building rapport.

- Collaborate with clients to ensure timely delivery of their project requirements.

- Engage with influencers, celebrities, and their managers to establish partnerships for campaigns.

- Coordinate with KOLs, influencers & celebrities and their managers to ensure prompt content delivery for campaigns.

- Maximize client account potential by leveraging multiple platform offerings and solutions.

Prior experience in KOL management is a huge plus

Proven min. 1 year of working experience in KOL/Influencer Management or similar role

Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, and problem-solving, enjoy communication with users and deliver daily support with a strong user-driven mindset

Broad knowledge of social media trends, landscape, platforms, and technologies

Data-driven mindset & strong analytical abilities
