Knowledge Specialist Jobs

A minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a manager/leader for a financial institute in Indonesia with extensive OJK knowledge.

Provide guidance to the team on established industry best practice - always ensuring that legal and regulatory requirements are followed.

Working closely with HQ in establishing annual targets and ensuring the delivery of KPIs.

Handling all liaision matters with the OJK on behalf of the company

Recruiting and training new staff.

Must have fluent and clear spoken English.

Detail focus, proactivity, time management, and organizational skills;

Continuously improve your knowledge on the platform;

Two or more years of experience as an effective technical writer;

Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences;

Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail;

Experience in working with engineers to improve user experience, refine content, and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content;
