Junior Associate In Accounting And Finance Jobs

Team and Department management experience

At least 3 years of experience in accounting (including the settlement of finance)

Experience in preparing asset securities reports, semi-annual reports, and financial results

Willing to work onsite in Tokyo, Japan

Fluent in English and Japanese

Business-level English and Japanese needed

Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures.

Minimum 1-year experience in Accounting or finance functions, fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

Excellent knowledge of Accounting software (including Ms. Excel)

In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, accounting legislation, and taxation

Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

Inputting transaction data into financial management software

Handle invoice and payment management

Min. 1 year working experience in finance area or related field

Min. Diploma 3 with min. GPA 3.00 preferably majoring in finance, accounting, or related field

Coordinate with internal units across the company

Able to work independently and multi-task and meet deadline

0-3 years of experience of accounting in insurance background

Bachelor's degree preferably in Accounting or Finance

Good communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
