Expertise and experience in project management and expertise of internal systems

Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience and 3+ years of people management experience

Success experience in manufacturing environment with good knowledge of the Sporting Goods industry.

Diploma or degree in related areas, or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

Work with POPs Ops/Strategy HKG to ensure sufficient capacity/capabilities are available to regional development/production allocation process.

Develop and coach team to ensure the best standards of performance, appropriate skill set, and strong succession plans are in place.

Experience with ISO 9000 Quality Management system, GMP & Food Safety and preferably with HACCP experience.

Proven successful track record and strong team building and management skills.

Min. 5 years solid hands on and similar managerial level experience preferably in multinational packaging or printing industry

Lead and manage a team on a rotating shift in the Cup production department that runs 24/7.

Ensures that the subordinates understand the safety requirements and follow all safety rules.

Manage and control direct raw materials and direct labour variance.
