Freshly graduated from Psychology or related majors (Final semester students with no classes to attend are welcome to apply)

Available for at least 6 months

Will be place in Depok

Participate in the recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals

Coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities and assessing

Gather and provide supporting information of the attrition rate for management to determine the way to retain high potential employees.

University Degree in HR, Business Management, Economics or related fields.

Conduct and coordinate with related departments for recruitment in accordance with capacity planning and required qualifications/competencies.

At least 3 years+ of experiences in Recruitment or HR related fields.

Set guideline for recruiting the right persons for various departments.

Analyze and search for the source of manpower supply with the right competencies.

Have experience as an admin

Proficient in using Microsoft Excel & Google Spreadsheet applications

Have a good personality, fast learner, innovative and have high initiative
